All prices on obbomed.com include standard shipping within the United States. There is no extra shipping charge at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO or P.O. box addresses, please contact us before you order. We don’t ship outside the United States at this time.

When your order ships

  • Orders ship from our warehouse in Pomona, California.
  • We process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

  • We ship with UPS Ground. Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.
  • When your order ships, we email you the tracking number.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your package when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at sales@obbomed.com or +1 626 600 3435, and include photos of the box and the item if you can. We’ll arrange a replacement or repair.

Refused deliveries

If a package is refused at delivery, it’s handled as a return under our Refund and Returns Policy.
