These terms apply to your use of www.obbomed.com (the “Site”) and to purchases from Obbomed Group LLC (“ObboMed”, “we”, “us”), 1210 E Lexington Ave, Pomona, CA 91766, USA. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and medical information

  • Our products are medical air mattresses and home-care accessories. Product descriptions are for general information only and are not medical advice.
  • Talk to your doctor or healthcare provider before using our products, especially for pressure-injury care, and follow the user manual.
  • We make every effort to describe and show products accurately. Colors, images and dimensions may vary slightly.
  • The bed frame is not included unless the product page says so.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and include standard shipping within the United States. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
  • If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you receive an order confirmation.

3. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the product.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the payment isn’t approved, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund any amount charged.

Some products and prices are only available to approved partners who are signed in. Partner prices are confidential and may not be shared or resold below our minimum advertised price.

You agree not to misuse the Site, for example by trying to access accounts or areas you aren’t allowed to, or by copying our content, images or videos without permission. All content on the Site belongs to ObboMed or its licensors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ObboMed is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
